Designers vs. copycats – the war is on!
In the world of design, the line between inspiration and copying can often be blurred. Designers commonly reference and build on the work of others, but blatant copying is also rife. So how can designers effectively prevent others from exploiting their original ideas and creative expressions? Presented by IP Australia and the Australian International Design Awards, DESIGN/WARS will attack some of these questions, exploring the opportunities available for designers to protect and defend their intellectual property, illustrated by the experience of major players in the industry.
