Troubleshooting
In the event that the Sydney Design app fails to load or stops working please try restarting your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad and trying again. We have found that the App works best with iOS4.01 on an iPhone 3GS, 4G, iPad and iPod Touch (2G/3G) however it has also been tested on iOS 3.1 as well.
We are aware that some earlier model iPhones (pre-3GS) that are running iOS4 are having troubles loading the application. Word is that Apple is aware of the issues with iOS4 on earlier iPhones and some fixes will come through in iOS4.1. See MacRumours for more information on this potential system-wide issue.
If you continue to have issues please email jasong [at] phm.gov.au with a description of the problem and model and operating system version of your device. You can find these out when you sync your device with iTunes.
