Sydney Design 2011 – 30 July – 14 August 2011

Sydney is one of the world’s most beautiful cities but, living here, it’s all too easy to take her for granted. At See-saw, five groups of student designers from different educational institutions and diverse design disciplines have come together to respond to a challenge: look at our city with fresh perspectives and generate purposeful designs that will help shape our future. The groups are being guided by mentors as they identify design opportunities by reflecting on Sydney’s history, stories and traditions. Here’s your chance to watch these creative teams at work while the exhibition grows during Sydney Design 2011.
