Self-described as that “tasty something more”, Extra Cheeese is an innovative collective aimed at breaking down the distinctions between artists and designers. It’s a community where ideas and practices are shared and the similarities and differences between the two creative disciplines are celebrated and appreciated rather than find themselves divided into two separate camps. The best Extra Cheeese has to offer is served up in an annual exhibition, which this year forms part of Sydney Design 09.
