Featuring a range of classic plastic designs by 20 international designers that include Ron Arad, Denis Satachiara, Christophe Pillet, Tokujin Yoshioka, Alberto Meda and Roldolfo Dordino Form Function Fabulous is a retrospective look at the last ten years of plastic design.
Curated by Italian designer Riccardo Giovanetti and presented by the Association of Rotational Moulders Australasia (ARMA), the show is a challenge and a spur to the local design industry – designers and manufacturers — to consider afresh the wonderful properties and possibilities of plastic for high end product design for the home, the bathroom, the garden and more.
A display of rotational moulded designs by students from the University of NSW’s Faculty of Built Environment are included in the exhibition.
