LISA WALKER: UNWEARABLE

Why would a jeweller choose such a confrontational title for an exhibition of work from the last 15 years as Unwearable? It’s a provocation. Those familiar with New Zealand’s Lisa Walker’s work won’t be surprised. The very best jewellery in her exhibition aggressively challenges us on a material, conceptual and practical level.
